Technically, the "Short" genre should not be defined and separated from feature films. However, due to the ubiquitous overlooking on short films, it is best to build a place that we all can share the masterpieces from both legendary and contemporary directors in this "genre."

It is difficult to compile a list simply based on prestigious reviews and lists(like TSPDT's Top 1000), because there are too few lists out there that are comprehensive. Thus, I decided to put up my own list of short films after 3000+ shorts viewings and will continue to update the list on a weekly basis.
